With more than 20.000 international couples who visit Denmark to have their big day here every year, we decided to build this magazine to give you inspiration for your Danish elopement.

When Leanne from Getting Married in Denmark asked me to talk about Pride and LGBTQIA weddings, I felt really privileged to have the opportunity to use this space to talk about such topics. This also shows Getting Married in Denmark’s commitment towards creating a better world for us all, which makes me very proud to collaborate with them.

Larah from Germany and Chad from South Africa were in love but living apart.
They got married at Stevns Town Hall in September, taking an important step toward closing that distance. "Happy to share our story to relate to all those in the same position we find ourselves in. In love and abroad, both knowing we belong together now."
