With more than 20.000 international couples who visit Denmark to have their big day here every year, we decided to build this magazine to give you inspiration for your Danish elopement.

When Leanne from Getting Married in Denmark asked me to talk about Pride and LGBTQIA weddings, I felt really privileged to have the opportunity to use this space to talk about such topics. This also shows Getting Married in Denmark’s commitment towards creating a better world for us all, which makes me very proud to collaborate with them.

Ranja and Christian came to Ærø to get married, and the day delivered.
"The organization was perfect, the location was very cute with lovely hosts, the ceremony was solemn despite the relatively short duration," they said. "We really enjoyed the day!"
They had brunch at a café next door, visited Marstal, drank champagne by the sea in bright sunshine, and finished with dinner @bangs_mad_og_vinbar.
"What more could you wish for?!"
They left as newlyweds with one thought: "We will definitely recommend our friends to get married in Denmark."

Two different countries, two different stories, one beautiful October day on a Danish island. They made it official at Ærø Town Hall, and Jannik captured every moment of their celebration.
