Before you apply to marry in Denmark, here`s what most couples need to prepare:
Valid passport/EU ID (3+ months validity), Declaration of Truth, Power of Attorney.
Plus, depending on your situation: Divorce decree or death certificate, Residence permit/visa, Proof of relationship, Children`s birth certificates, Military orders (if applicable), Proof of shared address.
Every couple`s case is different. Your checklist depends on your nationality, marital history, and whether either of you is Danish.
