The Personal Assistant Service is excellent for couples who are looking for a town hall wedding in Denmark and want an affordable solution. Instead of charging you a larger amount and processing your documents for you, you can have your own specialist personal assistant walk you through the the whole process while making the application yourself.
Your personal Assistant will help you gather the documents needed for your unique circumstances, organising them to look great for the Danish Administration application and help you through entire process from start to finish as well as with your stay in Denmark. Please see what is included below;
Your marriage in Denmark will be legal and recognised worldwide. However, if you would like to use your marriage certificate for administration in foreign offices, this usually requires that the document is legalised for such use. Not all places require this but we advise you check with the office you intend to use it at first, to know for sure.
To find out more about the Appostille Convention http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apostille_Convention, read more about it on Wikipedia
We can legalise your document with our Apostille Service. Depending on which town hall you marry and the day of the week, this can take from a couple of days to approximately 1 week.
What’s included in the Apostille legalisation service?
– Legal administration fees
– Worldwide tracked express UPS service
– Currier bicycle service (Copenhagen only)
How many certificates will I get legalised?
You will usually be given 2 wedding certificates straight after your ceremony at the town hall, our fee is for the legalisation of one certificate. It is €40 for each extra certificate to be legalised and this fee simply covers the added administration charges that occur.
How can I legalise my Danish wedding certificate from abroad?
If you have married in Denmark previously and now find that you need your certificate legalised, we can help. All you need to do is send us your certificate and we can do this for you. We then send it back to you with worldwide tracked express UPS service. ALWAYS, email us before you send your certificate.
Everyone is different and there can be many variations and issues with everyone’s documents, don’t worry. We will try our best to work any issues out and find the best solutions for you, even if you are missing some required documents, we still may be able to help you.
