We are U.S. citizens who had always dreamed of getting married in Europe, but knew we needed expert help to make that dream a reality. That’s when we found Getting Married in Denmark, and we are so incredibly grateful we did. They guided us through every step of the process, ensured all of our paperwork for the Danish government was accurate, communicated on our behalf, and coordinated directly with Odense City Hall to schedule our ceremony. We were married at Odense City Hall on December 23rd, 2025, and everything went flawlessly. They also connected us with their partnering photographers, who were absolutely incredible and captured our day beautifully. At first we were apprehensive finding a company online. We weren’t sure if they were reputable or dependable. However, we were delighted with their prompt response to our phone call and emails. Nothing but high praises for this professional company that really helps you get married in Denmark! All of the staff were exceedingly helpful and they took the guesswork out of us trying to do this ourselves directly with the Family Agency. It was a bit of a painful process getting all the documentation together like perfect photos of our passport pages and other documents but it was all worth it since we got our approval within one day! We paid for the full service and all went smoothly. They helped with finding a private register and worked with our hotel to organize a room for us to marry in. It was magical. Worked really well for us. All staff were super friendly and helped us through. They often followed up even when we were slacking and it helped us push through and get our application done in time.

We struggled to get correct scans for some of our documents because the Danish Family Law Agency is quite strict about quality - this meant a lot of back and forth with Getting Married in Denmark till the documents were near "perfect". Although the staff were super friendly and helped us here, it was still quite annoying to get the scans perfect. Hopefully, this part of the process gets smoother with the Agency. However, no complaints here with regards to Getting Married in Denmark .
