How did you get into wedding photography?
I started photographing couples and families, and weddings felt like a very natural step. I love telling real stories and capturing genuine moments.
What inspires you as a wedding photographer?
Real emotions, connection between people, and all the little moments that happen in between.
What are you favourite types of places to shoot pictures of a couple?
I really enjoy urban locations, playing with lines and architecture, but I also love being in nature when the light and the place feel right.
Which is your favourite picture of yourself and who took it?
My favourite photo of me was taken by my sister. I’m with my mum and my niece — for me, the best photos are always about the moment.
What tricks do you use to relax nervous couples?
I try to create a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, chatting with them and helping them forget about the camera. I keep things as natural as possible, with very little posing.
What do you feel are the key things that make the perfect wedding portrait?
Trust, feeling comfortable, and being present. I prefer real actions and interactions rather than forced poses.
Where is your dream location for a wedding shoot?
A beach wedding at sunset, by the sea.
What do you like to do when you're not working on photography?
I enjoy going for walks in parks, or having a cozy plan — a glass of wine and a fire if possible.
What is the most important advice you would give your younger self just starting out in the photography industry?
Be patient, trust your own style, and enjoy the journey.
