When it is time to pay for the service the payment transaction will be processed through card payment or bank transfer. We will send you an invoice which contains your contact information, and the service you bought.
Card payment through Stripe
We use a payment service delivered through Stripe. This means that we don’t process your payment data. Stripe is making sure that your information is safe. In the payment process, you will need to register your payment card information through Stripes service. We will only have access to see that the payment is registered, and who made the payment.
Bank transfer
If you choose to pay through bank transfer, we will not process any of your payment information. We will only have access to see that the transfer was registered, and who made the transfer.

As part of our complete service we send the application to Agency of Family Law on your behalf. If you also request our help making your appointment at the city hall, then we will be transferring the relevant information to the specfic authority e.g. the municipality of Copenhagen if you choose to have your wedding in Copenhagen. We will send your official documents securely, so that they can be processed by the authorities, and so the wedding can be arranged.
4. Third Countries
Getting Married in Denmark will not transfer any information to third countries. Though we use services that have their servers based in the USA: Google, WhatsApp, Pipedrive, Frontapp, Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Pinterest). We have entered special Data Protection Agreements with these providers, and they are all part of the EU-USA cooperation called Privacy-Shield, which is for US-based companies abiding by and acknowledging the EU-GDPR data protection regulation.
5. Security
We have high-security standards, also when it comes to the protection of your personal data. Accordingly, we have a range of internal procedures and policies designed to ensure that we live up to our high-security standard and thus comply with the requirements for the implementation of suitable technical and organizational security measures. Thereby, we do our best to safeguard the quality and integrity of your personal data. If you need to send us sensitive or confidential personal data, we recommend that you use encryption, such as secure email or code-protected files (Word or PDF format).

We will delete your personal data when we no longer need to process it for one or more of the purposes mentioned above in section 2. If you make a request to this effect, we will without undue delay delete the personal data we have registered about you, unless we are entitled to keep processing the data on a different basis, for instance, if such processing is necessary in order to be able to establish a legal claim, or if it is necessary in order for us to be able to respond to questions from you.
In certain circumstances you may also ask us to provide you with a copy of your personal data in a structured, generally applied and machine-readable format and request that we transfer the data to another data controller (data portability).
If our processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you may at any time revoke your consent. To do so, you need to contact us (see section 10).
