Do you want to reserve your wedding date at a private venue on a Danish Island now??

FOR – couples who want a guaranteed date now and sooner than most other town halls’ availability allows, specifically for a wedding on a Saturday.

EXCLUSIVE ISLAND CEREMONY - Saturdays only

  • A wedding Held at a beautiful private location outside the town hall on Ærø Island
  • Registrar’s Saturday ceremony fee included
  • Use of Wedding Room for 30 Minutes
  • Witnesses provided for you
  • A Toast offered after your Wedding
  • 25% Danish VAT. Included

This is for you if you want your wedding date to be booked now at a private location outside the town hall on the beautiful Danish Island of Ærø, and sooner than other town halls availability allows.

Your application is ready to be submitted to the AFL and you’d like to officially reserve your wedding date.

Finalising your date

  • Payment of the Exclusive Island Wedding Service (€1000).
  • Reserve your Ceremony date today (currently available for 2 Saturdays per month only). Subject to availability


Submission of application

  • We submit your application online to the Danish government
  • We pay the online application fee of €282 to the Danish government 
  • We communicate with the Danish government when required
  • We keep track of your application until approved
  • We send you your approval when received by the Danish government


Your Ceremony 

  • Your Saturday wedding date is already reserved, so upon approval the time of your wedding date and time will be confirmed
  • Your wedding will be held at a private location on Ærø Island
  • You will have the room for 30 minutes (20 minutes longer than standard ceremonies held at the Danish town halls)
  • Ability to personalise your wedding by writing your own vows and saying your own readings etc.
  • Witnesses will be provided
  • A toast & some sweet treats will be offered to you (and your guests if you have them) to celebrate becoming newlyweds. Non alcoholic options are also available.


Before & After your Wedding Day

  • You will be planning your trip and stay in Denmark
  • Our Wedding Day Team can offer you tips and recommendations about your stay in Denmark
  • We are here to answer any questions you may have in the run up to, and after your wedding day

At first we were apprehensive finding a company online. We weren’t sure if they were reputable or dependable. However, we were delighted with their prompt response to our phone call and emails. Nothing but high praises for this professional company that really helps you get married in Denmark! All of the staff were exceedingly helpful and they took the guesswork out of us trying to do this ourselves directly with the Family Agency. It was a bit of a painful process getting all the documentation together like perfect photos of our passport pages and other documents but it was all worth it since we got our approval within one day! We paid for the full service and all went smoothly. They helped with finding a private register and worked with our hotel to organize a room for us to marry in. It was magical.
