Als Leanne von Getting Married in Denmark mich bat, über Pride und LGBTQIA-Hochzeiten zu sprechen, fühlte ich mich wirklich sehr geehrt, die Gelegenheit zu haben, auf dieser Plattform über derlei Themen zu sprechen. Steph and Alec are both US citizens who currently reside in France. They decided to get married in Denmark! 🇩🇰
They told us after their wedding:
“The wedding was absolutely amazing! We had hot chocolate afterwards at @mortens_chokolade, which we highly recommend (especially the hot chocolate with meringue on top).
After the wedding, we went to Copenhagen for the evening, where (by sheer lucky chance!) Steph`s cousin and her husband happened to be in town, so we were able to celebrate with them, too. It was all really magical and special.
We can`t thank you and the whole GMiD team enough! We`re so glad that we decided to do this, that we decided to do it in Denmark, and that we decided to have you guide us through the process.

Coming from Venezuela and Luxembourg to get married in Denmark, Carol and Maxime had a gorgeous snowy winter wedding day on Ærø island.
After their ceremony they spent a little time exploring Ærøskøbing with the sun shining down on them and the snow glistening on the ground.
