Amazing experience.

We were having massive bureaucratic headaches involving Spain and Germany and there was no way we were going to be able to get officially married before our main wedding party happened.

Well, thanks to the absolute legends at Getting Married In Denmark, they were able to pull it all together for us in a super fast time period and we ended up getting officially married in Denmark just over a week before our main wedding in Spain!

If you have more time to spare than we did, I highly recommend trying to book something close to Copenhagen with them, for us we had to travel to a random little island super far from Copenhagen to get it done. It was beautiful but an additional logistical headache that's not worth doing if you can avoid it (I know they have Copenhagen options available if you have more time to book in advance etc).

Anyway, SUPER grateful and satisfied to Penny and the entire team who held our hand throughout the process.

All I can say is they deliver as advertised. They were very responsive and gave us all the information we needed right away. They walked us through everything until the day we got married. We had one small confusion as the person in the town hall told us a different place to meet for the wedding date. I emailed the team and they responded right away and assured us exactly where we supposed to be. They gave us advice how to make our application the best it can be, handeled all the communication with the agency and townhall, and committed to getting us the earliest possible date to marry.

What I also need to mention, since you're required to hand in documents and most couples are not in Denmark, doing so with photos is really good, aside the fact that most phones nowadays feature auto enhancement and HDR, which aren't permitted in the photos, and that can be frustrating, but they were patient and kept pushing for better qualities, so we won't be rejected because of bad quality photos of our documents.

I am from Sweden and my wife from Ukraine. With the help of Getting Married in Denmark, everything went smooth and easy. Yes, it is a lot of money, but seeing as how much you have to do and think about, we would not want to do all the steps on our own and therefore it was worth every penny!

The trickiest part is to get the photos of your passports correctly photographed, as it needs to be very visible with every small details and without HDR effects (my wife's iPhone did not work for that), but my Google Pixel made it good enough. After several tries!

Do not believe anyone in the comments that says it is a scam. You pay for a service, and you have to do your part. If you cannot fix the documents in the way they need to have it, ofcourse the service is not refundable. So be sure to have a good camera and patience, then all will go well!
