We believe in great design and exceptional experiences and want to build a bridge between couples who dream of a wedding overseas and the country they dream of holding their day in. We have a modern, fresh and stylish approach to designing weddings and because we can cover many of the elements that come together to create the whole picture, we can be more efficient, consistent and affordable, creating an altogether, amazing solution.

What we do

Destination Weddings Europe. Planning a wedding overseas can be a daunting task. We can manage and style your wedding to create a beautiful day that is unique to you as a couple and allows you to relax. We can be there every step of the way, co-ordinating and styling your special day, finding and checking your wedding venue, setting up and decorating your venue and ensuring the smooth running of your day. Using our expertise along with our network, we ensure that only the best professionals are brought together to make your dreams come true. We are also a more affordable option as we can provide many services in-house if you wish, such as flowers, invitations, wedding cake and decorations.

Full Destination / Wedding Planning Package from €3500

– All budget, vendor and timeline management.
– Venue find and check.

– 20% discount on all in-house services (Cakes, Flowers, Invitations, decoration)

Perfect for busy couples who would like to rely on our wedding expertise and design experience to co-ordinate and style their wedding in Europe, creating a magnificent look and getting the absolute most out of their budget.

Wedding Styling from €690
– Custom design of overall look down to the smallest details.
– Decoration creation and labour.
– Set up on or before the day of the wedding.

Perfect for couples that would like their wedding day designed in a way that truly reflects them. Transforming their venue and creating decoration that compliments it and their vision.

Day / Month Coordination from €850
– Up to 3 consultation meetings before the wedding day.
– Vendor take over and communication up to 4 weeks before the wedding.
– Wedding coordinator plus one assistant on the wedding day.
– Set up and take down.

Perfect for couples who would like to take a DIY approach to their wedding and then have someone tie up the loose ends, deal with vendors, last minute preparations, set up and coordination on the day and take down. Ensuring that they can relax and enjoy the run up to, and day of their celebration(Denmark Only).

Taster Day Copenhagen (2 hours) €170
Once you have ordered a taster day with us, we will send you some questions so that we can custom make your session to suit you. The taster day will include the following;

– Cake Tasting
– Tea & Coffee
– 15 minute couples portrait session in nearby gardens
– Inspiration and guidance
– Flower arrangement sample to take home.

This taster session is great for couples that would like to come and get a feel for what we can offer before making a bigger financial investment. It’s also great for couples that are going for a complete DIY approach and would like a short burst of inspiration and guidance. (Denmark Only)

About Our Prices

Our Full Destination / Wedding Planning Package  amounts to about 10% of the clients total wedding budget with the minimum fee of €3500 excluding VAT. The scale of the wedding, services required and individual logistics will have an effect on the fee which is a fixed amount agreed before signing the contract. Any other vendors are payed by the client directly. We ask for 50% to be paid on signing the contract and the final 50% paid half way through the planning stages. We plan up to 1.5 years in advance. Any additional charges will occur with the clients agreement and is asked to be paid within 4 weeks after the event.

Travel and Accommodation expenses for G&B Wedding Planner/s are payable by the client. Any G&B staff present on the wedding day or additional set up or take down days will require food and beverages which are usually supplied by the caterer and invoiced directly to the client.
