The barber chair is the customer’s holiest place. Their home. For me, it is essential that the customers feel safe and comfortable – otherwise, it will not be a good experience. I will give every customer a unique service. I will always start our session with the customers wishes and ideas – and then open a dialogue where I offer my perspective based on experience and expertise.
